    A gluten free diet excludes food containing wheat, rye, barley and oats in any form (flour, flakes, semolina…), because these contain gluten. We check the gluten content even in food where one would not expect to find any: yogurts, butter spread, sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup – etc. We carefully avoid contaminating the meal with ingredients containing gluten during preparation. Gluten-free bread/roll is available with the meals.
