Educational Programme

Employees of the Triton Restaurant will undergo an extensive educational programme in the course of the upcoming 30 months. The end of this programme will bring on one hand an employee whose value in the labour market will increase significantly and on the other hand services of an even higher quality and even more satisfied guests. The application of the Triton Restaurant was successful among rival projects and obtained a grant from the European Union. The whole project is prepared in a way which takes into consideration the needs of our employees. We intend to use the finances which we have acquired in a purposeful and meaningful way.

And what exactly do these grand words mean in practice? Employees will take part in 70 various training sessions and will be able to improve their professional knowledge, intensify their language skills and command of computer technologies. Moreover, selected employees will be sent for a long-term placement at top-class gastronomic establishments in France or Russia.
