New Candlelight Menu

You are very welcomed to spend a special evening by candlelight. Our chef prepared a special menu from fresh ingredients for you. Your evening will be accompanied by live piano music.

Venison & Beaujolais Nouveau Menu: 15.-22.11.2007

Traditional venison specialities prepared in a modern way by our Chef. 

  • Slices of venison dried ham (with pecorino cheese apple-plum chutney, nuts, prunes, raspberry vinegar) 
  • Grilled leg of falloww-deer (gingerbread sauce, pear au gratin, almond croquette)
  • Fruit au gratin with mascarpone and Godet Pearadise

New select magnum wines (1,5l)

We have enriched the offer of our wine-cellar. Two brands of select magnum wines (1,5l) are ready to be tasted. Chateau Cantemerle and Chateau Bernadotte, both from the Haut-Medoc region. Our team of sommeliers will be glad to let you taste them and to recommend you the right dish to complete them. We are looking forward for your visit!
