Flambé dishes at Triton Restaurant

Culinary artistry, guest‘s gourmet experience...

Flambé has its origin in sunny France, where local chefs raised it to a culinary artistry. The French term means „flamed“. Literally! Alcohol is added during the cooking process, which creates a fire within a pot or a pan. During such a preparation the dish absorbs specific and delicious taste. Our restaurant staff will prepare  this unique experience for you directly at your table.
